Carol Ann Matusicky born April 7, 1941 in Vancouver, British Columbia, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2014 at her home in Burnaby in the loving care and comfort of family and friends. Carol was a member of the SelfDesign Board of Directors up until last year when she retired due to ill health.
