SelfDesign Home Learning receives a nominal fee per learner through the SelfDesign Learning Foundation from the B.C. Ministry of Education and Child Care.

The SelfDesign Home Learning program has, on average, 200 to 225 learners registered in the program annually, representing approximately 10 per cent of the total learners registered in B.C. homeschooling programs.
SelfDesign Home Learning is the most flexible option if parents/guardians wish to take on the responsibility for their child’s education and are not concerned with B.C. Ministry of Education and Child Care requirements.
